MK-System 

Fuel-System

Up to 240 kW (320 hp) engine performance in standard version, and up to 500 kw under request
99.9% particle collection rate
Regeneration of the filter with diesel burner technology

Especially useful, if:
The exhaust gas temperature ist very low (< 200°C)
or in dependence on the application strongly varying

Main applications are:
Retro-fit of
Construction machines, municipal vehicles and fork lift trucks


MD-System

Diffusion-System

Up to 240 kW (320 hp) engine performance in standard version, and up to 500 kw under request
99.9% particle collection rate
Regeneration of the filter with external diesel injection
During driving operation, without engine shut-off

Especially useful if:
The exhaust temperature is in 10% of the working time above 200°C

Main applications are:
First-fit of
All kinds of on-road and off-road vehicles


MA-System 

Additive-System

Up to 240 kW (320 hp) engine performance in standard version, and up to 500 kw under request
99.9% particle collection rate
Regeneration of the filter with additive (fuel borne catalyst)

Especially useful if:
The exhaust gas temperature is in 40% of the working time above 250°C

Main applications are:
Retro-fit of
All kind of on-road and off-road vehicles


ME-System 

Electronic System

Up to 140 kW (190 hp) engine performance
99.9% particle collection rate
Regeneration of the filter with electrical heating

Especially useful if:
The exhaust gas temperature is very low (< 200°C)
Or in dependence on the application strongly varying
A external power supply is existing

Main applications are:
Retro-fit of
Fork lift trucks and municipal vehicles


W-System 

Wechsel-System

Up to 90 kW (120 hp) engine performance
99.9% particle collection rate
Regeneration of the filter with external oven (electrical heating)

Especially useful if:
The exhaust gas temperature is very low (< 200°C)
Or in dependence on the application strongly varying
An external power supply is existing
A place for the external oven is existing

SCR

SCR-System 

SCR-System

The SCR-system from HUSS is a system to reduce NOx emissions in diesel exhaust gases up to 80%

Worldwide valid norms for nitrogen, like EURO 4 and EURO 5 can be reached

As a reducing agent a water based urea dilution according to DIN 70040 (HWL) is injected into the exhaust gases

Beside the reduction of NOx the result is water (H2O) and nitrogen (N2)
