CARB APPROVED BAT LEVEL 3+ 

BAT stands for “best available technology“, “Level 3“ means that this released system has the highest soot collection rate (99%). The “+“ shows, that also the future regulations for secondary emissions during the regeneration are complied already  now.

The exhaust gas temperature is above 480°F

ME-System

Up to 190 hp engine performance

Regeneration of the filter with electrical heating

Especially useful if:
The exhaust gas temperature is very low (< 390°F)
Or in dependence on the application strongly varying
A external power supply is existing

W-System

SCR

SCR-System 

SCR-System

The SCR-system from HUSS is a system to reduce NOx emissions in diesel exhaust gases up to 80%

Worldwide valid norms for nitrogen, like EURO 4 and EURO 5 can be reached

As a reducing agent a water based urea dilution according to DIN 70040 (HWL) is injected into the exhaust gases

Besides the reduction of NOx, the result is water (H2O) and nitrogen (N2)
